■Please print out the Glassper Maintenance Agreement and Order Form, fill in the necessary information, enclose it with the product you wish to have serviced, and send it to our company (Glasper Customer Center, Laylax Co., Ltd. (DRESS Division), 2-36 Aramoto-shinmachi, Higashiosaka City, Osaka Prefecture 577-0022). ■Once the product arrives at the Glassper Customer Center, we will check the Glassper Maintenance Agreement and Order Form against the product and perform the maintenance work. After the maintenance is complete, we will return the product to you. ■Please pay the fee by cash on delivery when the product arrives. *Shipping costs are not included, so please send the product prepaid. Return shipping and cash on delivery fees are free of charge. *If the Glassper Maintenance Agreement and Order Form are not available or for some other reason, we may contact you to confirm the details.

■As a guideline for the maintenance period, it will take approximately one week after the product arrives at the Glassper Customer Center. *Please note that it may take a few more days during the New Year holidays and other consecutive holidays. *If a quote or other communication is required, it may take longer than the above period. *It may take longer if the product does not arrive at the correct destination.
